What makes your smile fake?

By the way, I checked out your site as well, and must say I really liked your poems. Write more, I’ll be dropping by!
Comment by sheryl September 22, 2008 @ 12:02 amIt’s funny, when I was younger it would have been impossible to wipe the smile off my face. My friends would tell me stories of them meeting people who were curious who I was and these random people would refer to me as the guy who was always smiling. I don’t know what happened. Furthermore, people should only smile when they feel like it, but I know what you mean. I’m always in situations now where I’ve felt obliged to smile out of respect or to uphold my friendly reputation. It’s truly sad. I don’t know if you’ve seen that one beer commercial. That’s how things should be. None of these problems will ever be solved if they remain neglected. And yes, I do consider that a problem.
