*One of those where the mood feels ‘right’ to me for each paragraph, yet I don’t know what the topic is really about..probably something dormant inside my mind. So I guess it’s pretty much open for interpretation.

Was just thinking today how some things are deemed impossible or absurd, only because we do not understand enough about it.

If we know it’s impossible, then we do not know enough.

No time to edit much..so just uploaded with minimal tweaking. All shot on film, with a natura classica or rolleiflex.

Was trying to find some old files today and dug this out instead heh. An ex friend and I used to take turns doodling with a black marker in my notebook, until a scene was created. I’m no artist but it was real good fun! Colouring the scenes in photoshop was good practise as well.

Death the journey and goal.

Even as you dream while sleeping.
It’s just one of those nights.

Went with Andrew for a photoshoot round queer, antique Geylang. Lots of nice textures and character under the skin. Burned a roll of lomography redscale 100, lomography bw 100 & kodak fotopro 100..all of which are first times!

Decided to port over a couple shots from fb taken on my phone to a new set on flickr, mostly using the toycamera app (which I highly recommend!). Lots of fun just capturing fuss-free snippets of everyday.

Carla Bruni – talented singer, songwriter, supermodel and First Lady of France. Her latest french album has been a pleasure to listen to by far, with simple, relaxed accoustic guitar sounds, coupled with warm and sexy, yet soothing vocals. Thanks to Brian’s friend, Ed, I’ve been listening to Cosmosquad for weeks straight. Made up of guitarist Jeff Kollman, bassist Christopher Maloney and drummer Shane Gaalaas, they’re definitely one of the best metal/rock instrumental bands out there.

Each member has a very distinct style that fuses together beautifully, producing an extremely tight combination of sounds. Maloney’s basslines are fucking sexy and creative, Gaalaas’s drumming both drives and sustains perfectly, and Kollman’s technique and talent are lethal. What I also like is that none of the sounds brought to the table are consumed by another, but are instead blended seamlessly with sufficient breathing space.
